PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable maintenance work such as inspection of the interior of a shutter case 5 by detachably forming a lower case 10, while securing an opening width of an opening O, in a building shutter device 2 to be built at a skeleton 1 of a recessed corner part I of a building structure.SOLUTION: In a building shutter device 2 to be built at a recessed corner part I of a skeleton 1 of a building structure, a space S from which a lower surface case 10 can be removed is formed, in which a shutter case 5 is provided with a case body 9 having an opening 9b formed in a lower surface 9a, and a lower surface case 10 of a cover case which is a covering lid detachably attached to the lower surface 9a of the case body 9 and covers the opening 9b, at the recessed corner part I of the skeleton 1, a recessed groove 4 is formed by cutting out an outer wall 3, in both of the case body 9 and the lower surface case 10, an end portion 10c on the recessed corner side is incorporated in the recessed groove 4, the recessed groove 4 being cut out to the lower side which is outside the removal direction of the cover lid case 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
