To provide a technology capable of reducing a stress applied to the verification that the cruise is for the purpose of retracting from the stormy weather.SOLUTION: A cruise information management system includes: a positional information receiving unit 32 for receiving date and time information and positional information of a work barge from the work barge; a positional information holding unit 56 for holding the received time and date information and the positional information in association with work barge identification information for identifying the work barge of a transmission origin; a retrieval key acquisition unit 38 for acquiring work barge identification information, start date and time information of the stormy weather retreat, and ending date and time information from a user terminal; a positional information retrieval unit 40 for extracting start point positional information corresponding to the start date and time information and arrival point positional information for the ending data and time information from the positional information holding unit 56, on the acquired work barge identification information; a weather information acquisition unit 42 for acquiring weather information corresponding to the start date and time information and the start point positional information from a predetermined database; and a cruise information transmission unit 48 for transmitting cruise information including the start point positional information, the arrival point positional information, and the weather information to the user terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
