Abstract:
The invention provides a sea surface measurement system, a sea surface measurement method and a storage medium, which are used for measuring sea surface anomalies such as tsunami by applying an image measurement technology. Comprises: an imaging unit that simultaneously captures an image including the same sea surface region through a plurality of cameras provided at different locations; a wave extraction unit that extracts waves from respective images simultaneously captured by the plurality of cameras; a wave association means for finding out and associating the same wave from the images simultaneously captured by the plurality of cameras for each wave extracted by the wave extraction means; a three-dimensional information calculation unit that calculates the height of the sea surface and the height of the waves by performing three-dimensional analysis on each wave in the image associated by the wave association unit; and a sea surface abnormality determination means for determining whether or not a sea surface abnormality has occurred on the basis of the height of the sea surface and the height of the wave calculated by the three-dimensional information calculation means.
