Abstract:
To provide a laser trimming method for a press-formed product, by which an excess part separated from the press-formed product is easily recovered into a recovery part and work efficiency can be improved.SOLUTION: A laser beam is emitted to an excess part 22 formed around a product part 21, and cut parts 24a to 24f are formed in the excess part 22. These cut parts 24a to 24f intersect a trim line 23 set in a boundary between itself and the product part 21 and formed so as to extend toward an outer edge of the excess part 22. After the cut parts 24a to 24f are formed, a laser beam is emitted to the trim line 23, and a press-formed product W is cut along the trim line 23. Thus, the excess part 22 is divided and cut into a plurality of excess pieces.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
