To provide a roll body transfer unit which can perform delivery of a roll body to a roll body support device smoothly.SOLUTION: A roll body transfer unit (2) comprises: a delivery-side shaft part (10) which supports a roll body (9); a movement mechanism (20) which makes the delivery-side shaft part (10) move along an axial direction (X) of a receipt-side shaft part of a roll body support device; and a support mechanism (S) which supports the delivery-side shaft part (10) in a state that an action of the delivery-side shaft part (10) of at least one of swing to the axial direction (X) and movement of a direction (Y/Z) perpendicular to the axial direction (X) is permitted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
