Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot-rolling oil for aluminum capable of suppressing biting failure and producing a rolled sheet having excellent surface quality, a hot-rolling coolant for aluminum containing the hot-rolling oil, and a production method for an aluminum rolled sheet using the coolant.SOLUTION: The hot-rolling oil for aluminum comprises 3.0-10 mass% of fatty acid, 10-30 mass% of synthetic ester, 1.0-5.0 mass% of polyethylene glycol type nonionic surfactant, 0.010-2.0 mass% of alkanol amine, and the remainder being a refined mineral oil. The kinematic viscosity at 40°C is 25-75 mm/s. The kinematic viscosity at 100°C is 0.10-0.30 times the kinematic viscosity at 40°C. The heating residue at 350°C is 5.0-25 mass%. The average carbon number of the structural unit derived from the carboxylic acid in the synthetic ester is 10 or more and 18 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
