Abstract:
To provide a physical property value evaluation device that is down-sized and enables evaluating both resistivity and permeability of an evaluated material, even when the evaluated material is ferromagnetic.SOLUTION: A physical property value evaluation device according to the present embodiment comprises: a first coil 2 for inducing overcurrent to an evaluated material 1; an AC power source 4 for supplying AC current to the first coil 2; frequency sweep means 6 for sweeping frequency of the AC power source 4; a capacitance element connected between the frequency sweep means 6 and the first coil 2, and different from stray capacitance of the first coil; and capacitance switching means capable of making additional connections and separations of the capacitance element.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
