Abstract:
To provide a welsh onion harvester capable of harvesting without damaging welsh onions even when depths of grooves between furrows are different at both sides of a ridge.SOLUTION: A welsh onion harvester A includes in a self-propelled traveling machine body 1, a harvesting part 2 for harvesting by digging up welsh onions from a ridge where welsh onions are cultivated. The traveling machine body 1 includes a machine body frame 11, and a pair of traveling parts 10,10 arranged at both sides of the body frame 11, and at least the one traveling part 10 in the pair of traveling parts 10,10 has a height adjustment mechanism capable of adjusting a height from a grounding traveling surface 10a to the machine body frame 11. A mission case 13 connected to an axle 131 for driving the traveling part 10 is arranged at the other traveling part 10 side of the machine body frame 11, and an oil hydraulic cylinder 110 for operating the height adjustment mechanism is arranged between the one traveling part 10 and the mission case 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
