Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an advertisement closer to the preference of a user in a short time when repeatedly obtaining advertisements.SOLUTION: A server 4 includes a CPU 41 that creates a predetermined number of POP candidate data pieces; makes a terminal display unit 24 display the created predetermined number of POP candidate data pieces; selects a POP candidate data piece desired by a user from among the predetermined number of POP candidate data pieces displayed on the terminal display unit 24, on the basis of a user's input; and derives a learning value indicating the preference of the user on the basis of the time until the desired candidate data piece is selected after the predetermined number of POP candidate data pieces are displayed. The CPU 41 displays the predetermined POP candidate data pieces on the basis of the derived learning value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
