Abstract:
To provide a crystal orientation acquisition method that can easily acquire a crystal orientation along a blade height direction in a turbine blade.SOLUTION: The system includes a measurement step S2 for measuring a diffracted X-ray from a blade surface while irradiating the blade surface of a turbine blade which is a one-way coagulation blade in which a crystal has grown in the blade height direction with an X-ray using an X-ray diffraction device, a first crystal orientation acquisition step S3 for acquiring a first crystal orientation intersecting the blade surface based on the peak of the detected diffracted X-ray, and a second crystal orientation acquisition step S4 for acquiring a crystal orientation perpendicular to the first crystal orientation and closest to the blade height direction of the turbine blade as a second crystal orientation along a crystal growth direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
