Abstract:
To restrain damage of a coating film when intermittently coating a coating liquid on a base material.SOLUTION: A coating device comprises a first coating head arranged on one surface side of a base material and having a first discharge port, a second coating head arranged on the downstream side in the carrying direction more than the first coating head and having a second discharge port, a coating liquid supply mechanism for intermittently discharging a coating liquid toward one surface of the base material from respective ones of the first coating head and the second coating head by intermittently supplying the coating liquid to the respective ones of the first coating head and the second coating head and a control part for controlling the coating liquid supply mechanism so as to form a coating film by the second coating head to a plurality of respective areas sandwiched by an adjacent coating film among a plurality of coating films formed by the first coating head, and an interval between a second discharge port of the second coating head and a second part of opposing the second discharge port among one surface, is longer than an interval between a first discharge port of the first coating head and a first part of opposing the first discharge port among the one surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
