PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device arrangement structure of a saddle-riding type vehicle, which can improve the traveling performance.SOLUTION: A lighting device 10 comprises laser elements 17, first light guide members 14, a second light guide member 16, front light emission parts 12, a rear light emission part 13, and driver units 18. The laser element 17 and the driver unit 18 are integrated as a light source unit 11, and the laser elements 17 are located between a head pipe 31 having a steering shaft of a front wheel 22 and a pivot shaft 27 supporting a rear wheel 23 via a swing arm 28.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
