PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition having an action for improving light deterioration odor which contains a sulfur-containing compound and/or monoterpenes, and a food containing the composition.SOLUTION: (1) A composition has an action for improving light deterioration odor which contains a sulfur-containing compound and/or monoterpenes. (2) The composition has the action for improving light deterioration odor according to (1), where the sulfur-containing compound is dimethyl sulfide and/or dimethyl disulfide.
