Abstract:
To provide a wiper blade capable of obtaining stable sweeping performance of little unevenness even in the case of a narrow vertebra.SOLUTION: A wiper blade is provided with: a first notch part 35 recessed in a short direction of a vertebra 34b on one side in a longitudinal direction and on one side in the short direction of the vertebra 34b; and a second notch part 36 recessed in the short direction of the vertebra 34b on one side in the longitudinal direction and on the other side of the short direction of the vertebra 34b. The first notch part 35 is provided with recesses 35a and projections 35b arranged in the longitudinal direction of the vertebra 34b. An end part of the second notch part 36 which is nearer the other side in the longitudinal direction of the vertebra 34b faces the projection parts 35b from the short direction of the vertebra 34b. Thus, it is possible to accurately form the first notch part 35 and the second notch part 36 by heating and melting by irradiation of laser beam capable of precise metal processing even in the case of the narrow vertebra 34b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 19
