Abstract:
To reduce a burden on a person related to an event such as a ceremonial occasion.SOLUTION: A card reader device 112 includes a reception unit 411, an acquiring unit 412, a request unit 413, and an output unit 414. The reception unit 411 receives a desired amount (monetary gift amount) to be paid to an organizer from an invitee through a predetermined agency (card company) at a venue (wedding ceremony) of an event held by the organizer. The acquiring unit 412 acquires card information of a card (credit card) to make it possible for an inviter to pay via the predetermined agency. The request unit 413 sends a request to the predetermined agency to pay the desired amount according to the card information of the inviter to a payment destination (personal account) to which the inviter pays for the organizer via the predetermined agency. The output unit 414 outputs a payment result paid to the organizer according to the request of the request unit 413.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4B
