Abstract:
To provide a physical quantity sensor capable of suppressing noise current from reaching a sensor element while suppressing a decrease in design flexibility.SOLUTION: A sensor element 31 converts a pressure of a measured medium to an electric signal. The sensor element 31 is held in a resin housing 20, and is exposed from one end of the housing. A connector terminal protrudes from the other end of the housing to the outside. The sensor element 31 and the connector terminal are electrically connected by a terminal 25 and a lead frame 33 held in the housing. A cylindrical metallic case 40 is assembled into the housing so as to house a part of the housing and the sensor element. A parallel part 51, which is one end of a metal body 50 held in the housing, is arranged facing the lead frame 33 at prescribed intervals. A connection part 52, which is the other end of the metal body, is exposed from the housing and is connected to the case.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
