Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compositions for oral cavity and/or throat that have the reduced bitterness and irritation of cetylpyridinium chloride, can provide refresh feeling at the time of application, have suppressed a color change and deposition, and also have excellent spray properties.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a composition for oral cavity or throat containing (a) 0.05 to 0.8 mass% of cetylpyridinium chloride, (b) 35 mass% or more of glycerin, (c) 0.5 to 30 mass% of sorbitol, (d) 0.05 to 0.25 mass% of l-menthol, and (e) 0.0004 to 0.09 mass% of at least one selected from the group consisting of 1,8-cineole, limonene, linalool, and isopulegol, and the total content of (b) glycerin and (c) sorbitol being 48 to 90 mass%.SELECTED DRAWING: None
