Abstract:
To provide a system for verifying an analysis result using biopolymer single particle analysis method with physically sufficient validity.SOLUTION: The system for verifying a biopolymer three-dimensional structure reconfiguration comprises: means (1-5) for calculating a TEM simulated image (1-16) captured in an arbitrary projection direction on the basis of a three-dimensional molecular structure (1-15) estimated from a biopolymer TEM image (1-10) obtained by a cryogenic transmission electron microscope (1-9); means (1-6) for calculating a degree of coincidence between the biopolymer TEM image (1-10) and the TEM simulated image (1-16); means (1-7) for estimating a three-dimensional potential distribution simulated image (1-17) from the TEM simulated image (1-16), as a three-dimensional reconfiguration structure; and means (1-8) for calculating a degree of coincidence between a three-dimensional potential distribution image (1-13), which is estimated from the biopolymer TEM image (1-10) as a three-dimensional reconfiguration structure, and the three-dimensional potential distribution simulated image (1-17).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
