Abstract:

To provide a vacuum cleaner that enables storage work to be performed easily.SOLUTION: A vacuum cleaner of the present invention includes: a cleaner body 1 having in the front a suction frame body 18 with a suction port 9 substantially in the center; and an inclined wall 24 whose tip 24a is inclined downward toward an inlet 23a of an engaged part 23 from a body grip part 10 through the outer periphery of the suction frame body 18 in a state that the rear face of the cleaner body 1 is placed on a floor surface, which is provided with a substantially L-shaped engaging part 26 at a pipe part 25 of an extension pipe 3, the body grip part 10 by which the cleaner body 1 is carried above the suction frame body 18, and the concave engaged part 23 that is engaged with the engaging part 26 below the suction frame body 18. When the vacuum cleaner is stored, the engaging part 26 moves and is engaged with the engaged part 23 simply by hooking the engaging part 26 on the inclined wall 24. When the cleaner body 1 travels, the cleaner body 1 can climb over an obstacle or avoid it by the inclined wall 24.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
