Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damaging of a pump and pipeline, without leaving a void in an insertion hole.SOLUTION: A grout material filling system 1 of the present invention includes a bottom mold 2 installed on an opening 8 of an insertion hole 7 formed almost vertically upward on a reinforced concrete building frame 6, and a booster pump 5 communicated and connected with an injection port 3 provided on the bottom mold, through injection pipeline 4. The bottom mold 2 is configured to block outflow of mortar from the insertion hole 7 through an air vent port 11 after an air vent material 10 has been pulled out from the air vent port, as well as outflow of mortar from the insertion hole 7 through the injection port 3. A relief valve 13 is provided on the injection pipeline 4 as pressure adjustment means, the relief valve discharging the grout material outside of the injection pipeline 4 only when pressure of the grout material inside the injection pipeline 4 exceeds a preset value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
