Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sizing agent composition for a fiber that can afford both excellent bundling property and openability in a fiber bundle and can impart excellent strength to a fiber-reinforced composite material.SOLUTION: A sizing agent composition for a fiber including a polyester resin (A) and a polyether-based polymer (B) is provided. The polyester resin (A) is a polyester of a carboxylic acid component (a) and a diol component (b) including an alkylene oxide adduct (b1), and the polyether-based polymer (B) is a polyurethane resin (B1) produced by reacting a polyether diol (c) having HLB of 10 to 20 with a diisocyanate (d1) and/or a polycarbonate resin (B2) produced by reacting a polyether diol (c) having HLB of 10 to 20 with a dialkyl carbonate (d2) or an alkylene carbonate (d3).SELECTED DRAWING: None
