Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of improving the productivity of a bending process of a hollow plate 1 having a plurality of partitioned cells in the inside.SOLUTION: In a groove forming step, a heated heating blade is pressed against an upper surface of a body part 20 of a hollow plate 1 to form a first bent groove part 11 and a second bent groove part 12 having a V-shaped cross section. In a bending step, the hollow plate 1 is gradually lowered toward a bottom plate member 71 of a bending jig. As the hollow plate 1 is lowered, a short side wall part 22 of the hollow plate 1 comes into contact with an inclined surface 72b of a short side plate member 72 of the bending jig 70, the hollow plate 1 is valley-folded along the first bent groove part 11 when seen from the above. At the same time as the valley fold in the first bent groove part 11 is performed, the valley fold in the second bent groove part 12 is also performed. After that, the molten thermoplastic resin is solidified, and inner surfaces facing with each other of the first bent groove part 11 are heat-welded to be fixed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
