Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for searching for a parking area in which getting on/off and movement of a movable body is available.SOLUTION: A parking support apparatus 16 is mounted on a vehicle 100 provided with a slope device 22 for causing a movable body to get on/off. A space area specification part 52 specifies a space area having size in which the vehicle 100 can be stopped on the basis of detection information outside the vehicle which is detection result of a state outside the vehicle 100. When causing the vehicle 100 to stop at the space area specified by the space area specification part 52, a determination part 60 determines the space area specified by the space area specification part 52 as a candidate of a parking area if a space in which the slope device 22 is spread on a road surface and a route in which the movable body is movable from the slope device 22 spread on the road surface to the outside of the space area can be secured.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
