Abstract:
To provide a flat board punching device which can perform photograph inspection of a product sheet with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A flat board punching device 1 comprises: a press part 3 which presses a prescribed mold on a punched material A; a strip part 4 which removes non-product parts other than a gripper margin from the punched material A conveyed from the press part 3 while a product sheet B and the gripper margin being left from the punched material A conveyed from the press unit 3; a knock-off part 5 which cuts and separates the product sheet from the gripper margin of the punched material conveyed from the strip part 4; a gripper bar 91 which supports the gripper margin of the punched material A and conveys the punched material A to the knock-off part 5 from the press part via the strip part 4; and an inspection part 6 which is provided on a downstream side of the knock-off part 5, and performs photograph inspection of the product sheet B conveyed from the knock-off part 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
