Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire hydrant device and a fire extinguisher box that allow a quick fire fighting activity to be carried out without causing trouble in taking out a fire hose or a fire extinguisher in a case where the fire hydrant device is installed so as to be buried in a watchman passage.SOLUTION: A fire hydrant device 1 is installed in an installation space 97 provided in a watchman passage 93 built on the road shoulder of a driveway 95 in a tunnel, and includes a box-shaped housing 7 incorporating a hose storage part 5 for storing a hose 3. The housing 7 includes a top plate part 9 also used as a road surface of the watchman passage 93, and a body part 11 below the top plate part 9. The top plate part 9 includes an upper surface opening 33 that allows the hose 3 to be drawn above the hose storage part 5, an upper surface door 35 for covering the upper surface opening 33 so as to open/close it, and a warning member 43 which is brought into a visible state when the upper surface door 35 is opened, and warns that the upper surface door 35 is in an open state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
