Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a battery pack capable of, in efficient manners, decreasing an organic substance such as an oil content from a surface of a second electrode terminal of a cell and a surface of a bus bar, adhering an outer peripheral surface of the cell to a hole inner peripheral surface of a holder by an adhesive, and adhering a bus bar module to a second surface of the holder by an adhesive.SOLUTION: In an ultraviolet irradiation step S5, a surface of a second electrode terminal 13 and surfaces of bus bars 45, 46, 47 and 48 are cleaned by ultraviolet rays UV with which the surfaces are irradiated, and a liquid-state ultraviolet curable adhesive 30 injected into a gap G between an outer peripheral surface 10b of a cell 10 and a hole inner peripheral surface 21h of a holder 20 and a liquid-state ultraviolet curable adhesive 30 on a second surface 20c with which a resin part 49c is brought into contact, are cured.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 16
