Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a producing method for a wall panel, in which on surface of a wall panel formed by folding an end part of a substrate to backside and laminating reinforcement material (plaster board) onto the backside, inkjet printing may be carried out in a high smoothness condition and a pattern layer may be obtained in a stable finish condition having an excellent printing accuracy.SOLUTION: A wall panel in which a pattern layer 7 is arranged on a substrate surface 15, which has a folding part 10 on backside and on which reinforcement material 3 is pasted, is produced by serially executing a folding step in which an end part of a substrate 2 is folded to form the folding part 10 after an inkjet printing step of printing the pattern layer 7 onto the substrate surface 15; a reinforcement material pasting step in which reinforcement material 3 is pasted onto a backside 11 of the substrate at an approximately same height with the folding part 10; and a clear application step in which a clear layer 8 is applied onto the pattern layer 7 after the reinforcement material pasting step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
