Abstract:
To provide a low-temperature refining device and an operation method of a low-temperature refining device which can reduce consumptions of low-temperature liquid refrigerants for cooling adsorbent.SOLUTION: A low-temperature refining device comprising a plurality of adsorption cylinders, which performs refining of gas to be refined by alternately repeating a step of adsorption that is performed at a relatively low temperature by cooling adsorbent charged into the adsorption cylinder with low-temperature liquid refrigerants introduced into a cooling part and a step of regenerating the adsorbent that is performed at a relatively high temperature without introducing the low-temperature refrigerants into the cooling part, transfers the low-temperature liquid refrigerants introduced into the cooling part (a low-temperature tank 12a) of a first adsorption cylinder A finishing the adsorption step in the plurality of adsorption cylinders to the cooling part (a low-temperature tank 12b) of the other adsorption cylinder (the second adsorption cylinder B) performing the adsorption step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
