Abstract:
To collect, for an affiliated store of a credit card, evaluation information from a card settler and an accompanying person, who have actually used the store.SOLUTION: A store server of an affiliated store of a credit card company enables a user to perform a network settlement of a payment in an actual shop of the affiliated store with a credit card of the credit company. An affiliated store analysis server of the credit card company acquires evaluation information of the user in relation to the affiliated store at a time of the network settlement, and analyzes the collected evaluation information on the basis of a profile of the user registered in the credit card company. The evaluation information can be acquired not only from a settler who has settled the payment with the card but also from an accompanying person who has used the store together with the settler. A usage detail in which a usage amount is zero is sent to the accompanying person other than the settler. Comments included in the evaluation information include a public version opened to a public and a companion version only within companions, and addition and deletion thereto at a later date are allowed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
