PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stereoscopic video display device that can control display characteristics of a stereoscopic video during displaying it.SOLUTION: A stereoscopic video display device 1 comprises: a projector 10; a collimator lens 20; a lens array 30 that has element lenses 31 arranged in a two-dimensional shape to form a point light source group P; a spatial optical modulation element 40 that displays an element image group; and a control device 50 that controls any one or more of the position and size of a non-mask area included in a pattern for point light source formation, the light intensity distribution of the pattern for point light source formation, the projection interval of the pattern for point light source formation including the non-mask area, and the projection direction of the pattern for point light source formation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
