Abstract:
To stably separate and recover a methane gas from mixed fluid with fluctuating flow pattern in the production of methane gas from the methane hydrate layer.SOLUTION: A separation according to the present invention comprises: a body tank 2 arranged to a bottom portion E1; an inflow pipe 3 through which mixed fluid is flowed into the body tank 2, and an intermediate fluid product which has been obtained by removing a part of liquid from the mixed fluid is produced into the tank 2; a plurality of separators 4 which has a supplying port 4a for supplying the intermediate fluid product and which separates a gas from the intermediate fluid product; an exhaust pipe 5 to exhaust the separated gas; a pressure control valve 11 installed in the exhaust pipe 5; a discharge pump 12 for discharging the separated liquid to the outside; a liquid level measurement unit 14 that measures the position of the liquid level of the liquid stored in the main body tank 2; and a control unit 15 that controls the discharge amount of the discharge pump 12 so that the liquid level becomes lower than the supply port 4a of at least one of the plurality of separators 4 based on the measurement result of the liquid level measurement unit 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
