Abstract:
To provide an ocean resources lifting system capable of improving resource collection efficiency, a lifting method of ocean resources and collection method of ocean resources.SOLUTION: A collection method of ocean resources uses lifting system 100 which includes: a resource collection unit 3 having a resource collection hopper 5 and a flexible resource collection skirt 7 enclosing a resource collection port which opens in a lower portion of the resource collection hopper 5; and a mining unit 2 provided in the resource collection unit 3 that operates by using an emulsion the specific gravity of which is smaller than that of the sea water as drive fluid. The resource collection port of the resource collection hopper 5 is disposed opposing to the rare earth mud floor OD under the sea thereabove. The mining unit 2 is driven in a state a separation part between the rare earth mud floor surface and the resource collection port in an opposing direction is enclosed by the resource collection skirt 7 to collect the rare earth mud in a manner of liquid-liquid separation by means of the emulsion in the resource collection unit 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
