Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an urethane coating material composition capable of forming a cured coating film having excellent anti-fogging durability while having good scratch resistance, and to provide a resin member having the cured coating film.SOLUTION: A urethane coating material composition contains polyisocyanate (a), polyether polyol (b) and a surface active agent (c), where the polyisocyanate (a) is at least one polyisocyanate compound selected from diisocyanate and its derivative, the polyether polyol (b) has a number average molecular weight of 300-1,800, the surface active agent (c) is a succinate type anionic surface active agent represented by formula (1) and a fluorine surface active agent, and in the total weight of the components (a) to (c), the component (a) is 30-60 wt.%, the component (b) is 35-65 wt.%, and the component (c) is 1-10 wt.%.SELECTED DRAWING: None
