Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gate drive circuit capable of preventing upper and lower arms from being short-circuited by erroneously turning on a switching element, and a load drive device with the same.SOLUTION: A gate drive circuit comprises: a high potential side driving element Q11 and a low potential side driving element Q12 that are connected in series and whose connection point is connected to a switching element Q1 of a power conversion circuit; a drive control part 30 that controls one of the high potential side driving element and the low potential side driving element into an ON state only when changing a state of the switching element; and a stop-time control part 40 that connects a control terminal of the switching element Q1 to a low potential side while the switching element Q1 is stopped.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
