Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric element capable of exhibiting high power generation performance without impairing flexibility and a manufacturing method of the piezoelectric element.SOLUTION: A piezoelectric element is formed of a laminate 1 in which a polymeric nonwoven fabric 3 in which piezoelectric ceramic particles 4 are held or blended and a polymer resin sheet 2 in which piezoelectric ceramic particles are blended are laminated such that at least one polymeric nonwoven fabric is contained in the laminate, and the polymer nonwoven fabric layer and the polymer resin sheet layer are adhered to each other by an electrode formed by a conductive adhesive layer 6 serving as an electrode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
