PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high quality Kelp which meets the expectation of aging Kelp quality with simple and short time manufacturing processing method.SOLUTION: This invention of the processing method of Kelp includes the process of short time heat treatment of Kelp by using wet steam with specific temperature. According to this invention, it is possible to produce a Kelp having a good broth and flavor which is equal to aging Kelp when compared and can manufacturing it at least in 30 seconds.SELECTED DRAWING: None
