Abstract:
To provide an inspection device in which the occurrence of an inrush current at the time an output relay is turned on is suppressed while securing safety by output cutoff using an output relay.SOLUTION: The inspection device comprises: an output terminal 12 to which an electric dual-layer capacitor is connected; a series regulator SRR for outputting a current to the electric dual-layer capacitor via the output terminal 12; output relays RY1, RY2 for cutting off the output of the series regulator SRR; a current feedback circuit 2 for measuring the output current of the series regulator SRR as a detection current Id and finding a control input Ui for causing the detection current Id to be matched with a current command value Iref; a voltage detection unit 3 for measuring the output voltage of the series regulator SRR as a detection voltage Vd; and an output control circuit 4 for controlling the output voltage of the series regulator SRR on the basis of the detection voltage Vd and the control input Ui, and causing the end-to-end potentials of the output relays RY1, RY2 in the cutoff state to be matched.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
