Abstract:
A control device for a continuously variable transmission having a primary pulley (4) and a secondary pulley (5), and a belt (6) wound around these pulleys (4) and (5), said control device being provided with: a CVTECU (7), which is a control means for carrying out feedback control of a hydraulic control valve (63) on the basis of a deviation (e(t)) of an actual value (Rr) from a target value (Rt) for a control parameter and a control gain (K), and thereby controlling the hydraulic pressure of operating oil in a primary oil chamber (43), and carrying out shift control such that the gear ratio reaches a target gear ratio; and a gain-changing unit (75), which is a gain-changing means for calculating a hydraulic pressure response sensitivity (ω) on the basis of at least two parameters among a plurality of hydraulic pressure response-related parameters, including a shift command speed (dx/dt), a primary pressure command value (Ppri_c), which is a hydraulic pressure command value, an upstream-downstream pressure difference (ΔP) for the hydraulic pressure control valve (63), and the volume (V) of the primary oil chamber (43), and changing the control gain (K) on the basis of the calculated hydraulic pressure response sensitivity (ω).
