PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shovel with which it is possible to eliminate special waterproof measures for a hybrid controller.SOLUTION: The shovel comprises a revolving superstructure, a cabin that an operator boards, a main pump 14 that supplies operating fluid to a hydraulic actuator, a revolving electric motor 21 that drives the revolving superstructure, an inverter 18B and a lifting pressure converter 100 that drive the revolving electric motor 21, and a hybrid controller 30B that controls the inverter 18B and the lifting pressure converter 100.
