Abstract:
The invention provides heating cooking equipment which has excellent cooking performance and high safety. The heating cooking equipment is provided with components of a combustor which heats a heatingobject by means of combustion gas; a control mechanism which adjusts a combustion gas supplying amount for controlling fire power of the combustor; a contour detecting mechanism which detects the contour of the heating object from a positive above the heating object; and a flame detecting mechanism which detects whether the flame is exposed from the outer side of the contour of the heating objectfrom a positive above the heating object. When the flame detecting mechanism detects the flame which is exposed from the outer side of the contour of the heating object, the control mechanism reducesthe supplying amount of the combustion gas so that the outer edge of the flame is at the inner side in a preset distance to the contour of the heating object.
