Abstract:
To provide a heating cooker which achieves excellent cookability and safety.SOLUTION: A heating cooker includes a burner, control means, profile detection means, and temperature related information detection means. The burner heats a heating object by utilizing gas. The control means controls fire power of the burner. The profile detection means detects a profile of the heating object from above the heating object. The temperature related information detection means obtains information related to a temperature of an area of the inner side relative to the profile of the heating object from above the heating object. The control means determines whether or not flame exists at the inner side relative to the profile of the heating object on the basis of the information related to the temperature obtained by the temperature related information detection means and estimates a temperature of the flame if the flame exists. Further, the control means maintains the fire power of the burner when the estimated temperature of the flame is higher than or equivalent to a first predetermined temperature and reduces the fire power of the burner when the estimated temperature of the flame is lower than the first predetermined temperature and higher than or equal to a second predetermined temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
