Abstract:
To provide the ozone generating system that can further improve ozone generation efficiency.SOLUTION: The ozone generating system comprises an ozonizer 2 that generates ozone, an AC power supply 3, a gas pump 4, a NOx detection unit 5, and a control unit 6. The ozonizer 2 has a fixed site for generating a discharge P. The control unit 6 calculates an amount of the ozone required from a detection value of NOx by the NOx detection unit 5. Further, the control unit controls at least one of a plurality of ozone generation parameters of a voltage V of the AC power supply 3, a frequency f of the AC power supply 3, and a flow velocity v of gas g supplied from the gas pump 4, so that a calculated amount of the ozone is generated from the ozonizer 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
