Abstract:
To provide a substrate production machine which can cope with artificial setting errors and changes in production plan and can start production after confirming that subsequent substrate types that have been set are correct.SOLUTION: The substrate production machine comprises: a substrate type setting unit which sets subsequent substrate types to be produced next to and following a current substrate type being produced at present; a substrate type confirmation unit which confirms whether the subsequent substrate types that have been set are correct or not; a production condition check unit which checks whether a production condition for producing substrates of the subsequent substrate types is satisfied or not; and a production permission unit which permits production of substrates of the subsequent substrate types if the subsequent substrate types are correct and the production condition is satisfied.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
