PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a both side plated laminate in which, even if a metal laminate arranged at the surface of a plastic film is etched, and a part of the plastic film is exposed, dimensional change caused by moisture absorption and expansion is suppressed.SOLUTION: Provided is a both side plated laminate 10 comprising: a plastic film 11; seed layers 12A, 12B directly arranged on both the sides of the plastic film 11; first metallic layers 13A, 13B arranged on the seed layers 12A, 12B; and second metallic layers 14A, 14B arranged on the first metallic layers 13A, 13B, in which the dimensional change rates of MD and TD by an IPC-TM-650, 2.2.4, Method B lie within ±0.05%, and the dimensional change rates of MD and TD by an IPC-TM-650, 2.2.4, Method C lie within ±0.05%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
