Abstract:
To suppress the leakage of oil in a speed increaser chamber into an impeller chamber.SOLUTION: A negative pressure generation groove 95 has an overlapping groove 96 which is overlapped on a negative pressure flat face 92b in a radial direction of a high-speed side shaft 31. By this constitution, oil passing between a rotation-side slide movement face and the negative pressure flat face 92b, and trying to flow into a seal face 92s is sucked by the overlapping groove 96. Therefore, it is avoided that the oil flows into the seal face 92s by passing between the rotation-side slide movement face and the negative pressure flat face 92b, and the oil in a speed increaser chamber leaks out into an impeller chamber via a clearance between the rotation-side slide movement face and the seal face 92s.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
