Abstract:
To improve functionality.SOLUTION: An image forming system 1 includes an image forming device 2 and a mobile terminal 3 connectable to the image forming device 2. In the image forming system 1, the mobile terminal 3 is provided with a storage 35 in which user information of the mobile terminal 3 is registered, and a CPU 33 that controls information to be notified to the user via a touch panel 36. When the image forming device 2 is in an authentication mode requiring the user information from the mobile terminal 3 which is requested to be connected and the user information is not registered in the storage 35 of the mobile terminal 3, the CPU 33 displays a user information setting screen SCUIS as a user information registration screen for registering the user information on the touch panel 36 of the mobile terminal 3. The image forming device 2 includes a Wi-Fi communication unit 19 that receives the user information from the mobile terminal 3 which is requested to be connected, and an authentication unit 26 that performs authentication based on the user information received by the Wi-Fi communication unit 19.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 17
