Abstract:
To solve the problem that the number of settable models is limited in an LED lighting device in which resistors of resistance values preset for each kind of lamps are connected in parallel to a series circuit of LED within the lamps, a voltage control part is included for restricting a voltage to be applied to a connection part of a lamp equal to or lower than Vf of all kinds in a state where the lamp is not connected to a power source part, the kind of the lamp is discriminated from the resistance value of the resistor provided in the lamp in a state where the voltage to be applied to the lamp is Vf or less when the lamp is connected, and constant current control is performed in such a manner that a current corresponding to the kind of a connected lamp flows to the LED.SOLUTION: Different kinds lamps in which diodes for detection are connected and are not connected in series to resistors are provided and a VfD of the diode for detection is deviated in a V-I diagram of the resistor, such that the number of settable models can be increased.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
