To provide a capture result reporting terminal capable of suppressing an illegal report on a capture result of a wild animal from being made when reporting a capture result.SOLUTION: A capture result reporting terminal 1 is configured to report a capture result of a wild animal W by a capturing operator O, and comprises: an imaging unit 12 which images captured bodies W; a communication unit 13 which communicates with an information management device 2; and a control unit 17 which saves, in an unalterable manner, report information R, in which at least one of time information and position information is related to an image of a captured body W by the imaging unit 12, and transmits the information to the information management device through the communication unit 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
