Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a starting end side in a feed direction of a frozen meat block from being lifted or positionally deviated due to reaction regardless of shapes of frozen meat blocks when gripping a terminal end side in the feed direction of the frozen meat block with a gripping part.SOLUTION: A chop cutter 1 includes: a meat box 2 for storing a frozen meat block M; a meat feeding part 28 for feeding the frozen meat block M toward a rotary blade 10 provided in the meat box 2; a gripping part 38 for gripping a terminal end side in a feed direction of the frozen meat block M; and a presser part 46 for pressing the frozen meat block M from above separately from the gripping part 38.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
