Abstract:
To provide a vehicular lighting fixture capable of achieving uniform surface light emission by making the intensity of the light entering an inner lens uniform.SOLUTION: A tail lamp (vehicular lighting fixture) 1 comprises by storing at least an LED 5 which is a light source, a reflector 7 which reflects the light emitting from the LED 5 in a predetermined direction, and an inner lens 8 for transmitting the light reflected by the reflector 7, in a lamp chamber 4 defined by a housing 2 and an outer lens 3 for covering the opening. On a reflection surface 7a of the reflector 7, a diffusion step is formed and a diffusion angle of the diffusion step is changed according to the intensity of the light from the LED 5. For example, the reflection surface 7a of the reflector 7 is partitioned into a plurality of areas A1-A4 according to the intensity of the light from the LED 5, and the diffusion angle of the diffusion step of the area which receives intense light is set to be larger than the diffusion angle of the diffusion step of the area which receives weaker light than that.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
